You are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your d’TIME login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur. In the event of any unauthorized use or suspicious of the unauthorized use of your d’TIME account or any other breach of security, you are to notify us immediately of the occurrence of such event. d’TIME will not be held liable for any unauthorized use of your Account or be liable for any loss or damage arising from your omission to fulfill with the requirements laid down herein.

If you have made a purchase from our Site or as a member, you will be given the opportunities to receive newsletters and special offers, promotional which we may occasionally update you on our latest products. 2.  Order

All orders made are subject to acceptance and its availability. In the event the products ordered are not available, we will notify you email or other means. You will be given an option either to cancel your order or wait until the products is available.

The acceptance or acknowledgement of your order is only concluded or will only be signified upon us in debiting your credit card or debit card or delivery of the goods or products by us, whichever is the later.

We will handle and keeps the details of your order with reasonable care to our best ability, and we will not be held liable should there be any loss suffered by you due to the negligence on our part or should there be any authorized access of data by a third party when you place on order through our website.

We reserve our right to cancel order or suspends any accounts where we believe that the products are ordered are in breach of the provisions laid down herein. d’TIME accepts no liability in the event of wrong address provided by you or failure on your part to collect the products from the delivery address provided by you. You will assume the risk for the products once the products are delivered.

3.  Price and Payment

All prices quoted on the website are inclusive of tax (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of you entering the information onto the system. d’TIME reserves the right to revise or change the price in our sole discretion at any time without prior notice to you. We will always ensure that the price of goods shown on our Website of Site are accurate save and except genuine error may occur occasionally. In the event of such occurrence of error in the price that you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be given an option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or you may choose to cancel your order. In the event you choose to cancel your order for goods or products that you have paid but yet to be delivered by us, you will receive a full refund from us.

You represent and warrant that the credit card or debit card account provided are correct and all subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. We shall be not held liable for the delay or non-delivery of the products in the event the issuer of your payment card refuses or authorize payment for any reason whatsoever.
